Where are the products from?

Each and every product was purchased from local suppliers in Tokyo, Japan!

Where does Dobutsu Stationery ship?

All European countries, The United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and most countries in Africa. No one is excluded! Shipping and handling costs for the monthly packs: Worldwide: €9 Shipping and handling costs for the Advent Calendar: Worldwide: €17

When are the monthly packs shipped?

Monthly, between the 25th and the last day of each month.
2023 Advent Calendars will be shipped twice in November.
Subscribe and save! A 3-month subscription is discounted 10%.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes! All packages are shipped from our headquarters in Bulgaria via courier or Registered Post. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your pack ships.

How can I pay?

PayPal or Bank Transfer. If you opt for the latter, please contact me at dobutsustationery@gmail.com and I will provide you with the details.

What is the Refund Policy?

I do my best to ensure all items arrive undamaged, and refunds/replacements are offered on damaged items only. Please contact me at dobutsustationery@gmail.com and I’ll make it right.
